VDC and slip light staying on???

Today on my way to work, my VDC and slip light came on and stayed on. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before? My brake light was on as well. Never seen this before, have had the car for about 3 months (05 5AT coupe). Anyone know what this might be?

That could be the trouble, cuz I am pretty sure that it need new pads. thanks I will look into that.

pretty sure it's low brake fluid (worn pads might contribute to lower fluid level, mine was barely low when the light came on)
