I'm looking at purchasing a G in the very near future. As of now, I'm deciding between 2 different G's. Ones an '05 and the other is an '06. If price is not necessarily the deciding factor, is there a difference in those years from changes (engine/exterior/options) that I should know about when making my decision? Should I definitely consider one over the other? Thanks for any help and info and I hope to be as much of an asset to the community in the future as I probably will be as a parasite for knowledge and info in the coming months.

 

I don't think there are any real changes between the 05 and 06, get the older one if it has significantly fewer miles, otherwise get the 06.

 

Between these two years there's no much difference. The deciding factor
should be which one "YOU" like best, color, mileage and options. Do a
CarFax to find out both cars history....very important!

 

06 - 07 sport packet way look better than older version.... 03 - 05 can't compare to 06 - 07.. there is alot of differences if you do some searching in this forum!!!

 

i dont think theres really a difference except for the headlights, tail lights, and front bumper. performance wise i think they are the same. so it depends which style you like better. personally i like the 05 style better, but im biased because i have an 04 and they look the same. but the 06 and 06s have a waaay better interior.

Thanks for that link I was trying to search for the answer previous to this thread because I'm sure it was already discussed about but couldn't find it. I guess that I'll be leaning toward the 06 then
