Freaky Power Windows
#17
Yea Im gonna have the dealer replace the motor if it happens again. Then I will call my lawyer and start a suit for breach of warranty. This is not considered a wear and tear item. Thats complete and utter bulls*!t. This should not occur on a car we pay so much money for. I wont let nissan try to rip me off...they should keep their promise and honor their warranty.
I've already cost them at least 10 car sales after people have heard my story and i will cost them even more.
Yea I'm bitter... :-P

my driver side window doesn't always go up the first time I pull the switch. Usually it happens when I'm rolling up both windows at the same time and only the passenger one goes up, then I have to pull the driver's side 1 or 2 more times. It doesn't happen often, and I doubt I can replicate it for the dealer, so should I bother bringing it in?

When your windows do that up and down routine, it's basically time for a new window motor soon. Dealers should cover this if your still under the bumper to bumper warranty period. Otherwise, I would buy the autozone motor and replace it yourself. It's not hard. I've done this for both of my G35's.
Plus, the dealer tends to break plastic clips when you have them work on the interior.
