2003 g35 performance?

I have a 2003 G35 coupe with an automatic trans. Im looking for some more performance. I already have rims and the windows tinted. I have seen that a lot of people get pop chargers and z tubes. I was wondering you can feel any difference in performance or sound after buy these products. Im also curious if there are any aftermarket engine management chips wroth buying in putting into a stock g35. Im not looking for really big purchases like turbos because im only 17 and dont have the money for that. Hopefully i will get a turbo for graduation. If their are any good upgrades that dont cost and arm and a leg please post them. Any help will be appreciated.

depends on how much you want to spend. twin turbo does not sound bad at all, but its about $5k. cheap upgrades: intake, spacers, etc

start with "small" things. led side bumper lights, led license lights, tinted windows, rims, 2006-2007 headlights, grill, paint, etc ( I don't know what you have done to youe card yet )

It's a heck of a lot more $ than that to get a G35 up and running with a full TT install and tune. Most people spend over $5K just to buy the parts for a TT Kit, which most times doesn't even include the cost of an intercooler.... then a lot more to have it installed and tuned, plus there's more accessories such as a boost gauge and additional engine parameter gauges, etc which are something you'd want to have while running a boosted car.

You're probably looking at more along the lines of $7-10K to do it right as far as the boosting is concerned(and by that, i mean just the turbo part... so no internal engine upgrades).

take a look at the new access port they have from cobb. on the g, the best thing to buy (value=price+gains) is something forced induction. If your looking for 10-30 hp go for an intake, mrev, exhaust option. Still quite expensive but an alternative none the less.

Get a Z-Tube and a drop-in Amsoil EA-Nanofiber air filter. I run that on my car along with a Motordyne Plenum Spacer(Don't get MREV because your car is not a Rev-Up Motor). Do this and you may notice a little more power if you're real alert to that sort of thing, but probably not enough for most drivers to really feel(you'd need like a 12-15 HP or so gain to actually significantly feel the difference).

Your car will sound different above 2800 RPM's witih the Z-Tube, and overall you'll gain about 1 MPG of fuel economy. Maybe you should get some splash guards on your car too if you don't already have them.... I think they make the car look pretty cool and they really do help to keep it cleaner.
