Carcovers....where....what kind!

Carcovers are a great idea, saves paint and interior. I ALWAYS by mine from California Car Cover in Northridge, Ca. My favorite cover is the Noah, light weight....waterproof and easy to fold up. My last one cost me less than $200 and worth every penny!

i bought a universal car cover for $49.99 at costco.. doesn't fit every curve of the car perfectly, but covers it fine, and keeps all of the elements out.. I was cheap

I found some decent ones from empire. This cover was a replacement cover for a custom cover that cost three times as much and started leaking water and collecting dust under the cover in less than a year. My Empire cover is 4 months old, has survived numerous strong thunderstorms and seering Texas sun, and so far is exceeding my expectations. I have 3 cars under cover, soon the other two will be covered by Empire.

I was thinking about a cover for this winter, as I don't plan to do very much driving. I wondered if a cover was a good idea, where I thought that several days of high winds, snow, rain etc. may move that cover around enough to eventually create fine scratches in the paint..

Is this likely? Perhaps not with a good cover? Still a good idea for a cover during winter?

thanks for the advice,
p.

California Car Cover FTW. Fits like a glove and is awesome. I cover my car with mine every year from November until April. You seriously would not believe how perfect it fits.
