How many miles are you all getting on a full tank of gas?

 

im getting about 300-350 milers per tank with mostly highway driving.

 

300-320ish and i drive hard all the time avg 80-85 fwy driving

 

i do 20 miles highway each way to work daily but i drive pretty hard around town. i get about 350/tank.

 

I don't get it, why do I get around 200-220 per tank? what could be causing that? Yeah I do drive hard, does that really justify the loss of a 100 miles per tank? I'm gonna change my air filter tomorrow and see what that will do 4 me.

 

^wow thats like 11 mpg, thats REALLY bad, i've heard of people getting like 14, but thats really low maybe you have a bad injector or a/f is messed up i donno...

All city: 260-280 per tank
All highway: 400+
Typical combined tank: ~300

 

If you fill up when my light goes on it's about 16 to 16.5 gallons. If he gets 220 out of 16 gallons it's 13.75mpg, which isn't unheard of. When I first got my car I had trouble getting more than 15mpg.

 

I get 300 miles before empty gas tank light turns on. I can drive another 70-100 miles after it turns on. lol

 

Im getting 400 with mixed city/highway. But thats with cruise control CONSTANTLY on and driving like a grandmother

 

Whats a good, easy way to make my fuel consumption better?

 

Buy an old clunker like a Tercel, Sentra, Corolla, Civic, etc. as your DD. It'll pay for itself in no time.

 

fill up around 15-16 gallons and get around 320-330... mixed driving

 

Use to get bout 280 maybe close to 300

Now I started watching my driving and last two tanks were 380 (170 were freeway miles. Prolly would have gotten more out of that tank if I would not have raced 350z) and 330 (mostly city)
