V1 is $399 factory direct. Passport is $230 from authorized dealers online. More like $170 difference. The Passport does have a simplified bogey counter in the expert display mode (not the default). I've had no problem detecting cops from ahead or behind (I can tell as I watch for which way the cop is coming).

I have one question. Is POP and Instant On (Pulse) Radar the same thing? Or are they different?
