short shifters?

any good short shifters out for the G and where to buy?
looking for a nismo or c's?

I have the Rogue Engineering short shifter. Nice design, quality unit, but seems to be a bit incomplete when placed next to the b&m? I've never seen anything besides the Rogue one, and its about $200.
