Just installed sways - front clunking

I had a shop install my Progress Sways with Polyurethane bushings. Less than 15 miles later and the front clunks over small bumps.

Anyone know what might be the issue?

Could be a loose sway bar. Take it back and put it on the lift.

Had the issue after installing my Stillen sways. I ended up with a snapped end link. The original OEM links on the 03's were pretty weak IMO. Revised OEM links are available and what I used to replace my originals.

I replaced all four of my endlinks with OEM endlinks from everythinginfiniti.com. Would they have sent me the revised endlinks?

Everything looked good and was really tight. They didn't check the collars tho....could that be it?

1) check to see if there is some kind of collar system to hold the bar from sliding sideways; if there isn't, get some collars or get the revised versions of the sway bars for our cars with welded collars

2) if you are lowered, i would recommend some aftermarket end links like the adjustable PowerGrid ones from Z1 performance

3) make sure to grease them up real well; mine "clunk" and "creak" all the time after some time has passed w/o grease. I've treid a lot of lubes and they all wear out. Right now I am using this teflon spray grease and just soak the bushings and bar in that crap while i'm under the car. It stays quiet for a month or so and then I gotta do it again. other lubes have lasted me about 2 weeks tops; even some crazy heavy duty silicone grease.

The word "clunking" perfectly describes a bad sway bar link.

I know the rear swaybar links were revised--as I had to get these, I'm not sure that the fronts were.

It is odd that it would go that fast, though.
