Current gen G35 coupe in 10 years

Re: Current gen G35 coupe in 10 years
I think that the G35 will still draw stares from people 10+ years from now. Hell, that's why I bought it!! ;-)
Still, when I was in high school (early 90s), the 300ZX was my first "attainable" dream car. I had hoped that my dad would've bought a Z so that I could also drive it. Instead, at that time he bought a 93 Legend (Sedan). I love that car....that was the first sedan that had a sporty/agressive look IMO. He still has it today with only 130k miles on it...which is just approaching it's "break-in period". ;-P
I always joke with my dad that if he ever decides to trade the Legend in that I would gladly take it off his hands; instead of trading it, he ended up buying a G35 Sedan.
It's really amazing that if you really take care of a car, after 10+ years, the condition of it can still look as if it's only a few years old (as is the case with my dad's 93 Legend).

Re: Current gen G35 coupe in 10 years
You are right about the MX-6.. That was the car I owned before getting the G however. It was a 93 and I kept it for 10 years. I think that mine aged well however, (you might disagree) But all the others I've seen are beat-up. Thus the reputation has been sullied. The 300ZX still looks good. Also the supra. Here is my 6 right before I sold it last year.

Re: Current gen G35 coupe in 10 years
With the clean, smooth lines of the G, I think it'll still be quite a looker in 10 years. I think one of the best aged cars, and I'm a little biased here, is the 3rd gen RX-7. Mine is 12 years old, and it still looks sexy as hell. I have honestly had people, who don't know any better, ask, "Is it a 2001 or a 2002?". No joke. I think the G35c's front fascia and rear quater panels are gorgeous. Kudos to all the owners.

You know, that Acura Legend is indeed a legend! Still looks great after all these years.

My vote goes to the Dodge Stealth. Even after 13 years it still looks like a modern concept car.
