New G Owner with a few questions...

What's up people! Just got my 06 IP 5AT G in last week. Man it is sweet! Tell me if you think I got a good deal (I think I did)...13,xxx miles, (5-one has curb check) 20" Zenetti's five spoke chromes (not my style) w/ Proxes, he also gave me the stock wheels and tires with less then 1K miles, clear bra, integrated radar, he gave me the 3 piece billit grill that he didn't put on (which is for sale) and he installed this brushed aluminum plate in the rear arm rest that has 3 "cig lighters" so you can plug iPod/Comp in on road trips. I paid 26K.

Couple questions I had. He debadged the rear of the car except the fuji symbol. I was thinking of removing the fuji and putting just the "infiniti" badges back on. How can I go about spacing them correctly? I searched the DYI section and couldn't find anything.

Probably not going to do too many mods (the car is already clean) maybe just a few things to better my MPG. What do you guys suggest??

What kind of MPG can I expect? I try to shift around 3K and am babying it as of now.

I have also seen a few G's with a roof wing on them. I would like to get one but don't know if it would fit on top of my Sirius antenna. Where can I find them and does anyone know if they will fit?

I have some $hitty pics I'll post and will try to get some better ones later.

If you order the infiniti lettering, it'll come prespaced for you on a stick strip.

Gas mileage if you baby it will vary - I'm in the middle of a gas mileage experiment right now (see the thread in the lounge).

Really babying you can probably get ~19 MPG around town shifting at 2700-3000 RPMs..

The ONLY way you're going to improve mileage in this car is to make sure your tire inflation is up to spec and drive her really easy. Most mods will cost a little MPG, the biggest variable will be how much you like hearing your exhaust sing and how hard you want to be pressed into your seat.

I actually have the lettering that was on the car. I figured it would be quite difficult but thought there might be some sort of outline I could use.

Also, is there a site or somewhere I can go to hear the different intakes on the g?

Thanks guys.

Debating on either getting the Work T1S Black Chrome (http://workwheelsusa.com/product.php...ry=24&wheel=50) or the Work SC1 (http://workwheelsusa.com/product.php...ry=23&wheel=48).

I saw a guys thread the other day with the T1S but still haven't seen the black chromes on a G.

--Did I get a good deal??

T1S's look sick. Have not seen the black chrome either. You may be the first to rock it
