Neither did I, I just put them face to face and found out they were the exact same unlike the 100posts on this and other forums that say otherwise.

And there are 2 resonaters on the stock tube...the square box on top and the paintball lookin thing at the bottom.

Can anyone compare the Z-Tube / JWT popcharger combo vs the Nismo CAI (from experience)? I've narrowed my choices to these two but can't decide which one.

what is the approximate horsepower gain and can you actually feel it?

how noticeable is the whistling from the pop charger?

what is approximate cost of parts, assuming DIY install?

1) I've seen claims from -5 to 20 hp. I can't feel the difference, personally, but mods are a function of one another, so when you open the intake, exhaust mods will benefit more than they would have otherwise. Don't buy this for the HP, buy it for the sound. It's like crack. Although I think it's probably fair to say you'll pick up about 3 -5 ponies from this.
2) Mine only whistled 2 or 3 times at around 2-3,000 RPMs. It hasn't whistled since (last 3 weeks).
3) $205 from EverythingG.com, delivered. You'll need a screwdriver and metric socket set. Since it's a cleanable filter, you'll need some filter cleaner and re-charger.

Is that $205 for the pop AND z-tube? I'm assuming so, since the pop charger can be had for $115 + $13S&H, plus 5% off at Grubbs right now.

Yes. $205 (give or take $3) for the JWT pop, the Z tube, tax (I didn't have any) and shipping (2nd day) from EverythingG to Memphis. Problem for me was that it took 2 weeks because it was on back order. Justin was upfront about this and agreed to not charge me until it shipped. No worries.
