De-Badge question

Im considering removing the G35 from the back trunk for a cleaner look...anyone else done this? How do you remove the badges? Also, are there any holes left when you're done...some larger emblems have rivets and glue to bond them.

Thanks!

No holes and you can either heat it up with a hair dryer/heat gun or just let it the sun for a bit. For actyually removing them, use fishing line. There will be a little stick left, you automotive goo gone. Let it sit on it for a bit, wipe it off, use your finger nail to get the suborn sticky off, then claybar and polish/wax and your done

yea, i like it better

I replace the infiniti, G35, and symbol wit the Nissan, Skyline, 350gt

i just use a razor to grip each number/letter off, and then you have that sticky foam like, that holds it together, the best thing to use is automotive tar remover, you can find it at any auto part store.

"razor, and auto tar remover."

Not even your finger nail. Clearcoat scratches easy.
Negative on the Razor!! One awe shiet and you're finish is done....
Warm up the badges with a heat gun or blow drier to make removal easier.

Dental floss or fishing line is the only way to go.
