Hi guys,

My dealer has a used off lease 2004 Black G35C available and I was wondering what you guys take is on it:

Model Year: 2004
18,000KM/(Yes, I am located in Canada)
Minor scratches on hood and quarter panel
Front left RIM is somewhat scratched up

They are asking $43,900(roughly $32312 USD). What do you guys think a car like this would be worth? Especialy if its used.

Any input would be great. Thanks.

1st i would want to find out (from the prior leasee) why/how an 04 LEASED car is back on the used car lot.

Something sounds funny to me. Sure it wasn't wrecked or something?

Dealer says that the prior leasee coulnd't afford the payments so they had to recall the car.

Also, it doesnt appear to be a prior collision. I checked with the dealer.

<hr></blockquote> they are the wrong people to check with. In the US, the dealer does not have to disclose if a used car has ever had body work. You may want to have it looked at by an independent shop before you purchase.

"recall the car".....that sounds like a fancy dealer term for reposession.

Seems a lil high, considering the 05s will soon be avail. and more discounts off msrp will be avail on new 04's. I think the msrp on that car is around 35k (us) correct?

Have you checked the book value?

Have you considered trying to find a private party that is selling one? seems like i am always seeing used, 1 owner, low milage coupes for sale on the forums.....look in the "classified" section

that's high man.
I got mine for $34000. So you're telling me a coupe with 18,000 on its goes for a little less than $2000 less than a brand new 04? ummm....don't buy it

You haven't told us what options it comes with. This makes up to an $8,000.00 difference. We need all the information to properly give you advice.

 

title says "2004 G35C Perf/Spoiler Deal " so i was under the impression it is an auto with wheel/tire and aero.

i thik that is to much for one with that many miles. I thik you could get a new one for about that.

I ordered my '04 5AT with Premium package, performance package and the trunk mat and got it for $33860 USD

So once the car was in an accident and is lease the dealer still has to take it back regardless of what..

 

Don't know what part of Canada you are in....
but I know G35c resale prices are very high in Ontario.
