I got 25 more HP to the wheel and 30 more lbs. of Torque to the wheel with a tune with my UTEC. Other mods were intake, plenum spacer, test pipes and true dual exhaust.

If that alone won't be enough there will be UpRev Osiris tuning after.

What are your thoughts? Hoping for at least 25hp and 15-20 lb ft gains.

Depends on what you CURRENTLY have on your car. Also, the real question is WHERE will the gain be? Maybe its just me but gaining horsepower AFTER 5000rpm and closer to 6000rpm is kinda pointless. Who wants all of their power close to redline? That will cause you to dog your car out just to feel something.

For me, between 3-4000rpm is GLORIOUS! But thats not the typical range when dealing with exhaust. Good luck, boss.

I'd like to know what the maximum horsepower rating is on a N/A G35 with just bolt-ons. I kinda feel like all roads lead to FI or a new car, lol.

I'd be happy with 25hp gain ANYWHERE on the band. And yes, I agree, ideally it would be more low end, the G needs it there.

Mods to the engine so far are MREV2, MD 5/16 spacer, Z-tube, K&N drop in, Grounding Gear kit.

Grab up the HKS exhaust or the Amuse and then get a tune with a UTEC or somethin. Should see significant gains over stock.

Well, as I've stated, I have already ordered FI HFCs and FI catback exhaust.

I guess it's really a matter of whether the cats and exhaust together will yield 25 MORE horsepower since you already have some things going on. Looks like you have a lot of air coming in which is good. Sometimes you need that restriction for BACK PRESSURE. A common misconception is that you can just go with a less restrictive exhaust and that automatically = more power. Thats not the case. But DEFINITELY let us know your results, bro.

I'm just so interested in the tech aspect of all of this, lol. I Luv it!!!
