Z2G said - "i guarantee you that this thread will be deleted by the mods. it appears that any new post on this issue is now "blacklisted"
This was my impression also, but I have just been informed by one of the mods that the threads get yanked because they inevitably degenerate into name calling and flaming and not because of the subject matter. So the solution is simple, if people want to be able to discuss the issue, they have to do it in a mature, responsible way or it will get "moved" by the moderators.
I think it would go a LONG way to resolving this issue if Maevrok would simply inform everyone if he got his grille back. I don't think we will ever be told the truth of what happened here, I think waiting for that is an exercise in futility. But we could at least be apprised of whether the grille has been returned to its rightful owner.
But perhaps the 2 principles in this saga have quit following these threads and want nothing more to do with this subject..............

Prolix & Z2G, The thread will only get moved if it degenerates into namecalling and bickering as happened in the previous 3 or 4.
As was said b4 (and as the rules state) -- If it can be kept civil, it'll be left alone. If not you can bet it'll be moved and fast.

hey newbie,
i think most ppl here including myself want to know what happened since we were all pulled into this whole drama by maev himself. he came on this forum and pleaded for our help. i think we deserve to know what happened since we gave him advice, donated money to him, donated a free grill to him, etc.
but i agree, if maev would just come back online and tell us the outcome, this issue would be all but done. if he wants to be discrete about dg's personal story, then he can always not go into detail. for him to just disappear i think is just wrong considering all the help he got from this forum. to me, he's just unappreciative : (
