wow i am like in shock at the gas milege i got. I normaly get aroung 15.5 to 16 in the cit but i rest the thing on the nav and for maybe 20 miles i went realy easy and i got 22 miles to the gallon in the city. all stop and go to i was like holy [censored] that is [censored] amazing. the reson why i was going all slow was becuase i was like out of gas and all the stations were like closed at midnight around me so i was kinda screwed. but i just thought i should share that our car is prity damn eficent

Re: gas
That's the only way to get good mileage dude, but the trouble is this ride was made for drivin'. I can get good mileage by grannying but that's no fun. . Keep the tank full and the pedal to the metal..................10-4 GB.........LOL

Re: gas
Since this thread is all about gas, is it really true that premium gas is required for the G? I don't know, but that seems a little rediculous(sp?). I know that premium will definately help it's performance, but is it really a must?

Re: gas
you need to use premium fuel 91 or higher as reasons already stated, if you use regular fuel then your gas milage will be crap also

Re: gas
Yeh man: Premium in the Coupe. You can use regular in the Sedan but I didn't in mine, and not recommended by Nissan for best performance. In the Coupe Nissan bumped the timing and performance of the engine so you gotta use the good stuff. Regular in an emergency only.

Re: gas
Yeah, give your Coupe the fat stuff, it has the metabolism to take it. It even has those big poopers in the back (twin poopers)

Re: gas
i filled up last night and damn was that expensive. $40 friggen bux to fill her up. So I had a 20 mile drive home. Decided to drive slowly and watch the nice green leaf.
It got really boring so for the first time I tried out the cruise control. It's actually really good for millage, but feels like a video game.
On my final destination with 16 miles I got 26.2 mpg. This was with a steep 3 mile incline too.
