When I had a G I thought it was plenty fast for me. I don't race although I did take on a challenger or 2 on the freeway...ricers who thought the G wasn't worthy of it billing. I dusted them off but generally, I don't race.

I spent my cash on wheels and suspension because that's all it really needs. Add a kit, tint and ice you have a mean looking ride. Add interior pieces and you're talking really hot.

If it's a weekend play toy, then I'd say boost it.

Basically, you can show it first, then when in the waning years that you have the car, you can turbo it, get a good 15k miles maybe, sell the turbo and car and make mad dough.

It depends where you live too. In my state, just about all the power mods are illegal.

You can't even do an exhaust here anymore or you won't be able to get an inspection sticker.

Most people on the forum agree that the basic N/A mods make negligble power for the amount of money invested.. My car is pretty showy..(kuruma front, gredddy sides, chargespeed rear, seibon TS carbon fiber hood and trunk, VIS c/f spoiler, Work T1S 20's) and I only choose to have an exhaust and high flow cats because I intend on going FI..

No point in being showy and attracting attention if you can't back it up..At least that's what most people would say..

Go then Show....sorta!

Thinking back I did them together, one then the other. Back and forth until
I was satisfied I'd done what I could to make it my own....woops then I started
over again with different sides....wheels....bumper....oem clear sides. It really
never stops, it's a decease!

Show or Go? Easy.
Guys care about Go.
Chicks dig Show.

Which are you trying to impress?

With me personally, i got this car more so for "Show" than go. I've done go since i've owned cars. Its overrated IMO. Nothings better than having a nice sound system(stock Bose, nice wheels, clean paint, and our nice sounding exhaust systems stock.

I am lowered already, and the car handles very well IMO just with full coilovers.

Power could be extracted out of this car, NA or Turbo'd but personally either route to me right now would cost too much and not worth IMO.

If i want a fast car, i will build a race car like i had before i owned this.
