Hello g35driver friends,

This is my first thread, and the saddest day of my life. Just three months ago I purchased an 06 G35C 6MT, and this morning I find my wheel lugs completely stripped and all over the driveway and into the street. These *******s also left my calipers sitting on blocks, and scratched up my wheel well. I've already filed a police report, and I just wanted to let everyone know about this in case they turn up here on the forums. I'm not really on these forums that much, but I was told that sometimes things end up on here that shouldn't be here....

Anyways, there's not much that could be done. Just a heads up. If anyone finds anything, please let me know through PM.


I'll also be out looking for some stock wheels for now.

As stated, need waaaayy more info to be able to help you. Had one of our local G-club members get a few sets stolen from storage, we all kept an eye out until his one of a kind custom gold faced/polished lip Works with 20 front and 21 rears showed up on the street on a damn eclipse LOL..

We were all on the lookout, worked together and narrowed it down to where this owner lived after getting plate, got POPO involved, and member finally got his wheels back and detectives got a nice lead on the major break-in.

Damn that sucks, did you have wheel locks?

 

Does is matter?^ You should post the type of wheels they were, sport or not etc...

Same thing happened to me in SLC, UT. Brembo's left alone, stock wheels gone I am thinking a body shop!

 

The wheels were the 19" coupe rims. They were the Rays/Volk oem ones. There's really nothing on those rims that are different or unique, but they had low tread on stock RE050A tires, and one wheel had a slight curb rash following the very edge of the lip.

I'm located in San Jose, California. If anyone see's them PLEASE let me know.


Also, I AM looking for stock 18's. If they have tires with good amount of tread on them, I am looking to buy ASAP.

 

yikes sorry to hear, i am from san jose when im not at school and i was just back there this weekend. sucks to hear about that i would hate for my 19s to get stolen.
