Theres a roll switch next to the trunk button, if thats not all the way up until it clicks, they shouldn't come on unless your lights are on right?
The instrument cluster lights?

alright, so ill turn the car on and everything will be normal but maybe like 10 min into a drive, ill look down and see that my Brake light Slip Light and VDC OFF light are all on. The Brake light will sometimes go away sometimes but will come back whenever i brake relatively hard. All these lights stay on until i turn my car off and sometimes even then it doesn't go away.

My 04 coupe does the same d@mn thing (minus the brake light)!!! I will be cruising down the highway and the 'VDC OFF' and 'Slip' lights come on for no reason. What the heck? Any ideas? I read elsewhere on this site that it may be brake related but my fluid and pads are both good.

Are you running aftermarket rims or tires, or if not are you running non oem sized tires? If you are, then that could be the problem...

The vdc and abs systems work on speed sensors on the individual wheels, and if you change the overall diameter of the tire, you change the relative speed which they will be spinning. This causes the computer to think that the tires are slipping ( as one or more tires will be spinning faster than the others ) and cause those lights to go on.

if those lights come on thant means your brake fluid is low and is time to change your brakes.

My buddy has a 04 with the same problem there was nothing wrong with his brakes what so ever. Not sure as to why the lights came on. They will come on and go off after a while. If anyone gets an idea let me know
