g35 coupe tire wear issue?!
#17
I'm aware that your question is for the Coupe. FYI the G35 sedan does not have any issues with premature tire wear and can make it 30,000+ on a set of tires. Now, with regards to the Coupe.....Average wear is approximately 15-18,000 miles on a set of rears, although I've changed mine at 12,000 miles. The fronts will go longer but will have the feathering issues on the insides causing the road roar that so many owners complain about. Tires are by the far the weakest point of ownership with the G35 Coupes. Infiniti has finally resolved this issue on the G37 Coupes as they no longer have the distorted front end geometry that plagued the early G35 Coupes. By the way, the main problem with the rear tires on factory rims is the premature wear of the "center treads".
