I've heard some dealers deny that the changes are possible. That's the reason why I scanned and posted the actual sheets. As I said in an earlier post as well, there was an error re the Custom Auto Light Setting. Mode 4 is the Least sensitive. Not sure if there're any other mistakes on the printout.

Because these are CUSTOM settings that take the techs a bit of time, I would expect that they can charge to do them. Otherwise, some might abuse this and request changes just to try out, change back and forth, etc. Those that are able to have this done as a courtesy service need to keep this in mind, and not abuse the service. This may have happened in the past, which is why some dealers either deny that it can be done, or charge for it.
BTW, from what I've seen, each change can take up to 15 minutes, not including the Consult II printout (at the bottom of the second page). I'm sure the shop's set rate is considerably higher though![img]/w3timages/icons/laugh.gif[/img]
