I brought my car in for the 1st service, I only have 2100 miles on it, people there were nice and very polite, I told the service manager not to wash the car because I read a lot of complain about scratches on wheels, anyway when the car was done the manager told me that they are washing my car and it will be ready So I walk around the car to check for scratches and there were NONE! So I ask the mechanic where they washed my car and he said he handwashed it , I was very happy with the service and I will be bringing my car there for maintenance. They also fix for door dings and dents (paintless)...

 

Sounds like a decent place to get some service. Important to have it to rely on. Are you in Cali?

I move to NJ in June. I'll keep them in mind when I buy my 2004 later this year, but it depends on the price. I'm not paying a penny over sticker and even hope to pay some $500 under sticker.

I think it depends on the dealer. Our Infiniti dealer hand washes the exterior of all the cars in for service. They also wash the all-season mats if you have them and vacuum the interior.
