Actually I'm not, I was just telling you FACTS, while you were stating an opinion of what you "think" is going on. As someone in the "business" I'm telling you WE do not serve tickets. No agency's police officer does. Now to restate the facts:
-Accident rates have not gone up due to cameras
-Cops, actual AZ POST certified officers, do not serve you photo radar tickets
I wasn't arguing that it took US two hours to show up to the accident. No injuries, no follow up, no rush. There are higher priority calls, such as stabbings, shootings, criminal damage, and general domestic violence calls that take precedence over a car accident, even if it is a hit and run. You wanna fix that, start fighting crime on your own, find more qualified people to get hired on with the local agencies, and pay more taxes so we can all afford to pay those new officers to work.
And whoever said that Bell is worse than downtown, not true. I worked downtown during the day, and I've worked other parts of Phoenix, and Bell road is not that bad during rush hour. Try getting from 16th street and Thomas to Thomas and SR51 during mid day and see how long it takes you to move 8 blocks.
To everyone on here, here is a few pointers for not getting pulled over:
Drive the speed limit. We are lucky in AZ that we have the 10mph over grace rule. Many states have "absolute speed limit" laws, where you can get a citation for going 3mph over the speed limit. You do not get pulled over in a G more than in any other car, red cars don't get pulled over more than other colors, cops don't have quotas, and whatever other myth you have heard out there is false. What will get you pulled over is driving like a jackass i.e. swerving in and out of traffic, fishtailing around corners, speeding, and running red lights.
Happy motoring and be safe

I live in the heart of Tampa, FL. I haven't even thought of a cop pulling me over in my G. I don't think you need to sell your car. I guarantee the cops probably look at you, because they can pull your driving history just by looking up your license plate in the system. Just do the speed limit, and you will be good as gold. I don't see why a cop will pull you over for no reason unless you are driving like a fool. This can't be a serious post!!!!!!

Along with the small percentage of pigs that are shooting for personal quotas when it comes to writing tickets.
Its Nice to see our state tax money is being well spent when law enforcement agencies are struggling to keep their budget.
