Drop is perfect IMO. This is the route I'm going to go, you sold me on it!

I'm dropped on 350z H-Techs and needed front and rear camber kits. Both the front and rear wheels were noticeably cambered without a kit and there is NO stock adjustment on the front. Bottom line is, unless you go for a negligible drop (like the OP), put camber kits in your budget.

^ yep. as far as i've read the ONLY ones you can sneak out without a camber kit is G35 H Techs since the drop is so little.

It looks the same lol... but I guess if you look really hard you can tell a little little difference in the front.

Quote: springs = $170 shipped used
spacers = $260 shipped
install = $250
$680
Spacer here is not the MD spacer right? Coz that just cost as much as $260 too.

So the g35 h-tech works fine with the OEM shock/struts?? Can they handle those well? I have a non-sport coupe, don't know if I still can use the OEM shock/struts or not?

Anyways, good job fish. I am going to drop my coupe on g35 h-tech too.

I dropped mine on 350z H techs and I'm on oem shocks and with no camber kit. I love it. I paid 183 shipped for brand new springs from a vendor on here. and had a friend put in on for 120. then had a alignment done.
G35 H techs is a very small drop..for the money I dont know if you will really even notice the drop, just my opinion. I did a lot of research before buying.

Yeah, I am actually having a hard time to pick between the g35 h-tech and z350 h-tech. You really don't need camber kit at all? How much fender gap left after the spring is settled? Any rubbing issue? Any uneven drop? Do you have some pictures of yours? Sorry for the blast of questions.

I do not have any rubbing issues at all. The front is lower than the back. Very little fender gap about 2 fingers. Its not an uneven drop but the front is just a little lower..how its supposed to be, you can do the spring mount mod to have the back lower. I really dont think you need a camber kit I know a few ppl with the same set up as me with no camber kit, just get a alignment from a good place. I also dont drive me car that much.

H-Techs....differences/suspension mods needed!
There's a major difference between 350Z and G35 H-Techs. And then there's how low you can go with a front bumper other than OEM. With my KurumaZ bumper and 350Z H-Techs I can barely get in and out of my driveway, speed bumps are taken at a 45 degree angle....you become a very careful driver....and then there's those parking lot stops and all the suspension mods needed to save your tires! But I wouldn't change a thing!!

Very true, I kept all this in mind. I actually wouldn't mind if my car was a little bit more lower but I know when I get a bumper and sides I will be satisfied. I dont even have the oem splash guards but am going to purchase them soon so I look just that little bit lower and aggressive until I get sides.

OP: What's the finger gap around your car? I'm lowered on 350z H-tech's and it's about a 2finger gap all around. I also have spacers on. I thought the 350z H-tech's would get me lower than this.

I had to oppurtunity to get a sweet deal on coilovers but even if I went with coils I'd be dropped around the same or maybe only a cm lower than I am now because I can barely get in and out of my garage ramp as is.
