It may be lowered on OE 350Z springs as well.
...a lower level pic with lighting on the side of the car would make it easier to see the gaps.

 

It's definitely lowered but better lighting would help us see. I would say it's approximately 3/4" F&R and yes that's also an '06+ front sport bumper.

 

I got a chance to snap a pic of the front. Also checked out the springs. they are black...and no logo noticable on them, but i'm pretty convinced that it's lowered now that i got the G community to confirm it...

 

Most definately lowered with 06 bumper. That's a nice upgrade you got there. Flip it around, maybe you have 06 tails too? lol

 

LOL...one can only hope right? what is the difference between 04 and 06 lights/bumpers? Had me thinking i bought an 06 instead of an 04 LOL...

 

06 lights dont have the amber turnsignals, and come with a projector, tails are also different, bumper has that molded lip look.
did you carfax your car, the previous owner might have had an accident and they put that bumper or the shop might have messed up.

it was nice out today almost 60 degrees...was able to wash my car

 

i'm over in Millersville...it's next to Glen Burnie. Yeah, it was nice. To bad i work nights, i never get to enjoy the day cause i'm asleep. My car really needs a wash to! all this salt on the road....yuck!
