I'm 5 ft 6 at 145 lbs, and I don't find these seats very comfortable.
In my old sollara the seats were amazing.. I have yet been able to find the sweet spot and doubt I'll be able to. This is my only real grip with the G, minus a few creaks here and there.

So im resurrecting this thread because I just got an 04' G coupe and im having issues with the drivers seat as well, but my quad isnt the problem, its my lower back. Theres a good chance I havent messed with the controls enough but is there a lumbar support button or handle or something? it feels like im missing contact with the seat where i shouldnt be

i find it uncomfortable too, but not because its too big, something about the lower back angle, the lumbar area just doesnt curve right or something... oh well.

I agree about the lumbar. I use a small pillow and that helps. I've gotten used to the leg issue with the controls.

My leg covering the controls doesnt seem to bother me much, but i think the pillow is a good idea for longer trips

I think there's a lumbar support **** on the inside side of the drivers seat. I've never messed with it because I find the seats to be plenty comfy. The side bolsters hold me just right when making a hard turn.

Funny thing is that I find the seat comfort as one of the the big pluses for ownership. I'm 5'7" and don't have any issues with the side buttons on my 04. I have found that on the later model Coupes, the seat has become quite firm and not to my liking.

im only 5'10 and also own an 04' coupe, wat do u do for your lower back? thats the only part of the seat thats hard on me, especially during quick acceleration

No issues here with the lower back. I guess I'm lucky. I have found the absolute most comfortable seat is in the M35 Sport.

Seat seems fine to me, I'm 5' 9". All the fancy things don't really mean much to me. All that matters is the distance the seat is from the steering wheel and pedals, and the angle of the seatback.

I will agree that the seat belt is annoying but after sitting for 5 mins, I get used to it.
