ah.. ok.. well mine is in nicely, and I didn't pop anything.. I just used a 10mm socket wrench.. Had me worried that I'd be driving and my plenum was going to fall apart or something.. LMAO

they wont snap while you're driving. They would snap while installing. Check your bolts in a week or two and make sure they are all snug, most of the time, the plenum (center) bolts back off a 1/4 turn or so, event when using a torque wrench.

I found one in Pep boys.

Even though some don't state Inch lbs, if you do the conversion, many cheap ft lb wrenches should do the job.

A "one inch" drive wrench (socket size) would be for working on Catipillar Tractors. We are talking about a 1/4" drive wrench that reads in "inch/lbs" to tighten the intake manifold.

Even if you dont have a harbor fright near you, you can have them ship it to you, and it would still be cheaper than most places.

Or like others have suggested, use a nutdriver with leather gloves.

Or if you must, you could use a ft/lb torque wrench, but use a conversion factor (1ft=12inches), so 100 inch lbs would be roughly 8-9 ft lbs.
