i found the inch torque wrench, 13 bit socket hex wrench set and a 13 bit socket wrench set for 70 dollars shipped.

I bought one from Sears. When I got home I carefully removed it from the packaging, used it for my spacer, repackaged it and returned for full refund

12 in/lbs = 1 ft/lb

Of course, the precision is far from exact, but it'll do in a pinch.

The problem is finding a ft-lb torque wrench to rent that has a 1 ft-lb reading. Lowest I could find was 10.

too bad your not close by! i would let you use my mac tools inch lb. torque wrench. 300 bux is what i paid and its the shiiiiiii
