Where the hell can i get a inch-lbs torque wrench??

Angry Where the hell can i get a inch-lbs torque wrench??

i checked everywhere (advanced autoparts ,pep boys,napa) couldn't find any place that sold a inch-lbs torque wrench. i need one for my MD spacer. where can i get one??

sears, i couldnt find one in their tool section, so i went to their automotive dept. and ask if they knew were i could be one. he said "hold on" and got one from their backstock.

Sears has them on sale right now for $69.99, at least in Indiana.

I work at Sears and ill tell you that thier torque wrenches are garbage. Go to home depot and grab a husky one or something. Only thing craftsman is good for is handtools with the forever warranty, thier torque wrenches dont have a warranty and break very often.

That's weird - inch/pounds? Do you mean foot/pounds, or does the spacer require some seriously low torque??

When I was looking up the Infiniti maintenance manual for changing spark plugs the torque specs for the coil pack bolts are in inch-pounds as well. I didn't end up buying one because I didn't want to have to buy two different torque wrenches that I will barely ever use.

Harbor Freight, $19.99, cheaper if on sale. It works fine, I used it on mine twice, once for the MREV and once again for the 5/16" spacer.
