personal preference. corvette has much fancier name big rep. also has certain image attached. lots of car officianados like the G, but your talking a vette.

2 seater v 4 seater.... it's your call. you can't go wrong.

I was gonna get my pops heavily modded 98 vette convertible last year... I didnt.


BUT, I drove it this week past and now have the G up for sale... Im leaving ..yep not that all my smart **** remarks will be missed ... I will be trollin around .. but with a supercharged FULLY modded vette convertible .. well, I'll be smokin M3's and my license plate will say G ya Later

I would get the Vette even if a new Vette is coming out, the C5 will hold up well as the C6 is not a dramatic change in appearance. To the casual eye yyou would have to look twice to notice the difference at many angles. Remember people always talk about the interior quality of the G and say the same thing about it. G is great car but a Vette is just more fun.

 

I have a s/c LPE 02 Z06 and a G coupe. G is great. But a vette is a very serious car in any form.
