i went to a dealer and asked if i could buy an extended warranty from USA and use it here in Canada and they said NO!. i wonder why but its pissing me off since they only offer 2 years (instead 3 in USA) for 2500$...

Most likely the legistlation is different, and warranty companies may not have the same rights or fiinancial safety net as they do here in the US. But also take heart that most of these faults that appear on older G35s don't necessarily appear to EVERY G35 out there.
It really depends on the condition of the roads, driver input, maintenance, and your subjective level of quality perception.
If you maintain your car with regular fluid changes, simple brake pads, wipers, and drive easily (no dumping the clutch, no regular drives up to 5,000 RPM, etc), and check all your belts and tensioners, I'd say you'll be fine. Sure, there might be a few creaks here and there, but honestly, the electrical problems aren't as numerous as a Mercedes/BMW, and the mechanical problems aren't as often, or as expensive, as those cars either.
I had to literally lemon my 330ci simply because I was changing window regulators every 3 months ($300.00 per window at independent, $500 at dealership), Control arm bushings ($250 at Independent, $400 at Dealership per BUSHING), suspension problems, cooling fan problems, fluid casings cracking, etc.
So maybe you should consider investing what money you have into a stable investment account (hard to find, I know), and take some out IF the repairs do come. Otherwise, you just have leftover money.
