Less dust brake pads

FYI:

I have on my G; a set of Hawk HPS brake pads that don't dust NEARLY as much as the stock pads.

They were installed last Fri. The level of dust has been reduced by 90 - 95%. Brake bite seems to have been improved too.
So far- no squeeling either. The Hawk part # is: HB268

Got them from Essex in Cumming, Ga. Naturally I can't find their number!!! But you can call Hawk Perf. @ 330 722 4295 and get the info.

Re: Less dust brake pads

Thanks for the info on the Hawk HPS brake pads bro. Glad to hear there's pads out there that are better than stock.
Installed my Grounding kit yesterday, and seems smoother idle, and quicker starting. Can't tell if more powerful or better gas mileage, but I'm sure it didn't hurt either. L8r dude,

Re: Less dust brake pads

I have the Brembos and haven't noticed any brake dust @1500 miles. And I've had my fair share of brake-slamming stops. I'm very impressed with these things.

Yes!! I need them. I must clean my wheels at least once a week. My car is a daily driver though and I do about 65 mi round trip every day. I am also worried that the constant coating with brake dust will ruin the clear coat. Does hawk have a website?

Re: Less dust brake pads

Is that part number for the front or back?

Hawk's website doesn't list the g35 or 350Z

Re: Less dust brake pads

They are for the front, NON Brembo.

I am working with Stacy, to get a listing for the G. They do NOT yet have a listing. But the pads ARE on the car and work great.
