Hi all. My 2003 six-speed has 6k, and is just starting to exhibit some excessive tire noise. It's hard to describe, but it varies in intensity as the wheels turn -- you can hear each revolution. I've heard that early 350Z's had all sorts of tire problems, and am wondering if the same is true for the G. My car was built in October 2002, and has not been modded at all (I know, heresy!).

I have two questions:

1. Has anyone experienced similar problems?

2. Is anyone aware of any bulletins, similar to what they had with the 350?

Other than this, the car has been fabulous. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

I had the same problem, also have the 6mt.

I took mine to the dealership, they said it was normal for the Pilot Sports to do that.

I told them that was unacceptable, called Infiniti of North America headquarters and they gave me a free front set of tires.

But now, they are starting to do the same thing at 20,000 miles.

I would try to get the free set, wear them out, and never buy Michelins again.
