So what do u Think?

Im 19 and have had my G for over a year now. Bought it myself with 11,000 miles on
it and pay every cent for it. Havn't gotten into any accidents or anything, just a couple
of speeding tickets when I first got it. I consider myself very responsible and seeing as
I pay every penny of it, I do think I deserve it.
No offense to anyone on here, but I just hate when parents just buy their kids really
nice cars, like a G35.. Maybe Im just jealous, but I go to college and can easily afford
my G....? All depends on the teen just like others have been saying.

It only counts if you finish. I wanted to quit 3 merit badges short of Eagle and my Dad said "Hell no!!". Glad he did. At 46 yo still one of my proudest accomplishments.
I couldn't agree more.
The G is probably more powerful and faster than a stock 99 SS. What was your first car?
Poor Vette!! Or is it a Ferrari? Can't tell.
There's nothing wrong with it unless the teenager isn't "deserving". It really boils down to if the kid is responsible enough not to go out drinking and racing around. If he/she takes care of it well, as if they had bought it (which doesn't happen often). Just depends on the type of kid in the end.
Yeah i agree with cobra. I pay for my car my dad paid for half as a graduation gift. But it sure does suck paying for a car but i got to choose what type of car i wanted if i paid for half, so its give and take situation.
and this is not my first car its my 2nd, i wanted a 99 camaro ss for a first car, but my old man said " HELL NO !!!" lol

Well my first car was a 2001 volvo s60 v12 twin turbo supercharged with a killer 160 hp to the wheel lol . I hated that car with a passion. The A/C didn't work and i live in houston.
Only one window worked, transmission was bad, then it started to swallow cd's and never give them back.Along with all the check engine lights on. Then my favorite is that i got to use the hand brake that worked really well, but its ok volvo is the safest car in the world. So what do you think Blue Dream?

My first car was a 1970 Cutlass S, pretty cool car back in the day but like your Volvo always had LOTS of issues. 2nd car was a 1972 Cutlass Supreme, to this day 2nd favorite car behing the current G.
