So heres the deal....

Hey guys, I have had so many issues with my G35 that I wanna throw it out...but at the same time I love driving it. Anywa aside from the obvious likes of the car the time I have spent at the dealer is no good. its always in and out.

Anyway to make a list short, heres all my issues:

1. Im on my second tranny and I have the same problem I had before it was replaced (cant shift into 5th ot 6th properly...gets jammed)

2. Fuel gage wont work and was fixed 3 times..now it finally works

3. Seat base broke (Im not a fat a$$)

4. Rear axle was clanking and was replaced

this is to make the list short. Anyway dealer wants to get me a new one for the same money I got my old one. Anyway, does anyone have any thoughts of this deal?

By the way...dont EVER deal with Downtown infiniti if you live in Canada. They will f*%k up your car BIG TIME.

SG

WOW..well if they are willing to give u a new/"replace" the G, i say go for it. if its not gonna cost you extra money...

it looks like the one you have has TOO many issues, and its cheaper for them to get you into another one, than to keep fixing your current ride

just make sure its within the same condition/or newer. and have the same warranty/service plans for it....double check the car or have a diff. mechanic check it out for u before you give the go ahead

what year is your car and what year are they wanting to trade you for it

I'd say go ahead and do it but....don't accept a G35 that's not exactly what you want....low mileage....clear CARFAX report....6 MT with all the bells and whistles....spotless!

This is the deal they are giving me...its not really a deal...its apitty deal and its BS. Buddy is trying to make more money on me...

1. Trade in value for my car...$30,000 (but waiting to see how much I owe still)
2. With no more money down, $770/month

This means he is selling me the car at $42000.00 after everything and Im financing it for the next 5 years again. Hes basically just selling me a new car...
