Cold start Squeak?

Just had my belts changed about a week and a half ago
every day since i get a slight high pitched squeak only on a COLD start- for like not even 1 second
does it mean my belts are too loose or too tight?

G35 Coupe

either or , i had to tighten my AC belt, (smaller one) and that stopped squeeking when i turn on the AC. but the big one still does from time to time

Mine does it too for like 1/10th of a second on a cold start. Just barely the slightest chirp and it's gone and only the first time I start it if it's cold or has been sitting for a few days not being driven.
