I bought a mean MagLite yesterday. Where to keep it?

Ok so I bought a huge black MagLite for utility & semi-protection until I get my concealed carry permit but dont have a great spot to keep it.

Has anyone found a good spot for it in their car?

Right now I'm keeping it behind the passenger seat in the pocket but dont want it to end up getting stretched out.

... and I have already thought of all the sexual references but pose this as a serious question

Make a mount and put it right under your door if you want it close to you.

Forget about the Mag Minis... unless it's LED, they suck.

^^ I didnt know they had non LED minis! Either way what are you trying to light up in the inside that would require more than a mag mini? If you need much more light than that then you may consider stopping and getting your big boy out the trunk, LOL!

I've got a mag mini (led) sitting in my glove box. It's come in handy several times.

I personally have a thing for always having proper lighting and keep plenty of flashlights in my car... I have a 4D halogen with a 3D bulb, a 4D HID, a couple minis, and a few other LED flashlights that aren't Maglites (and I always have a stock of batteries in the trunk). The 4D halogen was from when I was running security at the clubs, and it's pretty beat up, but still works great. They come in handy when I go fishing late at night, especially if I go with a group of friends

I personally don't like using weapons in hand to hand combat situations, but a very bright flashlight can give you a very good advantage, which is probably what the OP had in mind.
