Could you snap a picture of where the velocity stack is on your airbox? I was just looking around on cardomain for pictures of the airbox from '06+ 6MT G35 Coupes, and the outside of the airbox looks pretty much the same as the '03 and '04 Coupes. It's not that I doubt what you're saying, I'm just curious to see the design. I would assume that for the velocity stack to do anything, it would have to be inside the airbox on the clean side of the filter.

For example... this picture is from an '07 G35 Coupe 6MT:

And this is from an '04 G35 Coupe 6MT Airbox:

Those 2 airboxes and intake setups look pretty much identical to me in every way... at least from the exterior.

You have over 1.5K posts, and don't know what it is? I hope you're being sarcastic.

call riverside infiniti or look it up at everythingg35.com under oem replacement parts.

but look under 05 or 06 6mt air box. they have different part numbers..

get the 5/16th spacer.. there have been dyno tested gains of around 11hp. the popcharger and ztube don't gain much but sound cool (I'd recommend a stillen airbox b/c it has a way better heat shield than the popcharger) exhaust is also for sound, but can add a couple hp if you have the right setup
