Am I not meant to drive a G35?

So I feel my G35 is a little cursed. I purchased the G35 from my dad for $5000 roughly a month ago. Why so cheap?!? It needed repairs and maintenance he just didn't want to deal with. so immediately after purchasing the G, it went into the shop for its 60,000 mile maintenance, repair the passenger window motor, and the stupid radio bug.

The day after I get the car back, the radio is on the fritz again and the air conditioner is blowing at hurricane winds. Back to the shop it goes. After a week where Infiniti is acting incompetent and won't answer my calls on when the car will be available, I get it back. I enjoy it for about two weeks and then...my dad backs his car into it when I went home to have dinner with the family.

Driving time in car = two weeks
Time in shop = two weeks going on three.

And I believe the car will have to go back to Infiniti prety soon because I am getting a vibration noise from the front of the car around 50-75 mph. After reading the forum, looks like a front bearing problem.

Hopefully this is just a rocky start and I can fully love my car soon!

sorry to hear about your problems!!!
I actually have had more problems with Nissan/Infiniti cars than any of my Fords in the past.
But, I love my Nissan/Infiniti's !!!!

My wife's 05 Sedan w/34K miles had the SES light come on three times for the same code within 1 months time. The last time Infiniti had it they kept it for 1 solid month!!

Sounds like a string of bad luck. And for $5k, you still got a hell of a deal.

I agree with OP. I don't think you were meant to have that G seeing as how you're having no luck with it. As much as it may inconvenience me, I'll be willing to take it off your hands. You know, seeing as how I'm a nice guy and all

5K is a REALLY good price especially when your dad is the owner and you know everything that went on with that car.
