Warranty/ Extended warranty question

Hey guys, I bought my G35 Last august. Its a 2006 G35 coupe. I have a scenario for you all.... I went to the dealer not to long ago and one of the guys said, you're gonna need new tires to past inspection. Mind you I have only driven this car 9500 miles since I drove it off the lot. It hasnt even been a year yet. Plus when I bought the car, the online advertisement said brand new tires!! So my question is will the warranty protect me if i really do need tires?? I mean it hasnt even been a year, Ive only driven the thing 9500 miles. Unfortunately i dont have the ad from last august so theyll just deny that if i tell them. So any pointers before I go get it inspected???

well those tires look fine they don't need changing, sounds like the stealership is trying to make some extra money

They don't even check tires thoroughly at our inspection...

Exactly. They are showing some wear but, they're not worn out. Depending on your drivng habits, they can last as long as 22K. That's how much mine lasted, just changed them out about a month ago.
