Steering Wheel?

Is it just me or does the steering wheel not go low enough, i feel like it should def be able to go lower. I would want my arm to horizontal when driving, especially while racing, and it seems like i have to slant it upward, i dunno mb it just me and my preferance...

Re: Steering Wheel?

No issues with mine bro. I'm 5' 11" and have my seat at a medium height, slight lean on the back. My arms are straight out when I grip the wheel at 10 & 2 o'clock.

Re: Steering Wheel?

Why would you want your arms strait? That position gives me less control and slower reaction time.

Re: Steering Wheel?

I try to make a habit of staying as far away as possible from the SRS, which is recommended these days in case of deployment in low speed collisions. :P) As you implied, if your arms are bent a little, you have better control, and mine are bent somewhat when I drive. I use the straight arm method just to gauge my distance from the wheel.
