just installed my popcharger ztube combo didnt resest ecu. didnt really feel much pwer im thinking i should disconeect the battery and rest it. other then taht i have a topspeed test pipes and greddy evo2 exhuast and it seems like my exhaust tone has goten deeper or is it just me????

 

Well since the pop charger gives you about 6 horses to a 300 hp car do you really think you are going to "feel it"? nope...... deeper sound yes i concur

 

popcharger and ztube do not have noticeable gains. You actually loose some low end hp and tq. but you gain a little of upper HP and TQ. Its all just mostly for the sound.

All the instructions I've had mentioned removing the negative side of the battery while installing, intake/spacer and exhaust....couldn't hurt. The manufactures advertise HP gains with their intakes, I seriously believe it's more about sound than actual HP! Unless the OEM intake is very restrictive which I don't believe the Infiniti's are....
