The response is iffy, but remember the shipping could be overnight but doesn't mean it's going to show up on the weekend.

If he shipped it after 12:00 on Friday, then you won't see it till the Monday.

still I think whoever you do work for you should always keep them updated with the progress or just to let them know that everythings still in progress and you have'nt forgot about them..key in customer service is keeping the customer informed..like all the problems in the past,it's just poor communication on the vendor part..we should not have to keep calling and buggin them for update...

I think it's too soon to be making a thread. All it takes is one thread to ruin a rep. You gotta understand he's doong this on the side. Don't freak out just because he didn't answer 1 day lol gotta have more patience than that. Everything in the aftermarket car business takes longer then you would like. I highly doubt he's scamming you. Just chill, IMO you shouldn't have made this thread...

vendor or not, three days or two weeks.if you are paying for a service I'm pretty sure you would like to know whats going on as far as when it gets done or just a little delay.communication goes a long way just to reassure a customer that everything is coming along..if I was given a one week time frame to get something back I expect to get it back in one week unless i was contacted ahead of time and know about it..but no communication

COMMUNICATION IS KEY, as blues duely noted.

it's like going out with a girl when she's on her period. Things heat up, you get to touchin', you get to feelin' and then you get a fishy smell. All of which could have been avoided if she just said "It's that time of the month"
