He obviously got trashed and threw his phone through his computer.

Yo O HELLA, get it painted carbon fiber that transitions from black to dark blue, that'd be sick.

Chill bro.

What a bad experience is this
I ordered a set of sway bars from IntensePower which was backordered for a couple days, which then they got after a few days in their warehouse/shop.. and when the money was taken out of my account, I never once got a tracking number, being that I dropped a few bills on it, I wanted one since it was shipped UPS (they come with it standard), I called Intense Power a couple times and kept in touch with one of their sales rep via AIM, and each tim they would blow me off and/or give me the run around without giving me a tracking number. Almost 3 weeks pass after ordering my products, and Ive nearly had enough, so I contact the guy online yet again (while a week previous I sent one email to their manager and owner as well with NO reponse from either.) And guess what? the guy snaps at me and says, "hey we DID send it out, I can turn that truck around if you like".

yeah that IS ****ty customer service, don't EVER buy from IntensePower. What a joke of a 'company'. Not to mention I Pmed them here as well with no responses over the course of a 3 week period, and I even got PMs coming back from previous customers of theirs that had serious complaints of their customer service.

So with your experience I can completely understand, yet I'd wait a bit man, I wouldn't call him out in such a manner when the date hasn't even passed bro.

IntensePower is nothing but a rip off and if I could have chosen different company that had these parts shipped to my house within 2 days, such as B2Autodesigns.

***I don't know if it was just the people I talked to, or maybe something was just up with them or if it was just MY experience, but man horrible first impression and I won't do business with them.

Intense Power is an amazing shop. I would never hesitate to order anything from them again.

I do not support the way you called him out on here so soon. Time as shown and proven that Corey not only does TOP NOTCH work, but can be trusted (as is evident with the bats car). Something obviously happened, but I dont think that something was you getting scammed. You said his car got hit, so obviously hes dealing with that as well. I will, however, agree that he should be communicating with you. Whether its by pm, email, text or phone. If his phone ate ****, then there should have at least been a pm or something.

But, other than not doing a good job at communicating, I dont think hes guilty of anything nor do I think you're going to be scammed. The man has a successful body shop business, what the hell would he need to steal your parts for? ****, he could MAKE that diffuser for crying out loud.

I highly doubt he's scamming you. Just chill, imo you shouldn't have made this thread...

This thread is way too soon. I realize he gave you a certain time and he broke his promise. I realize that he is not responding to you and believe me, I definitely know how frustrating that can be. However, as Shane said, in the automotive industry, you have to expect for things to never go as scheduled. Is it lame? Sure. But it is what it is. I would have waited until sometime next week before even thinking about starting a thread like this. I have had situations much worse than yours occur with vendors and "go-to guys" here on Driver and I never created a "call out" thread.

A thread like this can be very hurtful to ones reputation on here. In addition, you think he is really going to want to help you out as much now after you call him out like this?

I cant believe you called him out in this way after only 2 weeks. It is not easy to do all you asked.

Pretty sad of you. Modding never goes perfect, just give it some time and do immediately go for blood.

OHellaOEM, I'm sure you're very excited for your single exit diffuser (instant gratification rocks! ), but I also think it was too soon for you to make this thread.

Everyone has his or her own troubles/bad days, hopefully this is just one of those days for PPGFreak. However, unlike other individuals/companies, PPGFreak has a clean track record, so I'd just give it a few days.
**** happens.

Hell, it took him almost 2 weeks to get back to me on whether or not he'd part out a remote he was selling.

He still got back to me, though.

I say just chill for a bit; the world [fortunately] won't end just because you're not in possession of a single exit diffuser.

I agree that he should be doing a better job keeping you posted, but seriously you need to have a little more patience. Some people's lives do not revolve around other members on this site. If you wanted excellent customer service, you should have gone with a local reputable body shop, not some random guy on the site. Again, he shouldn't be making you promises that he can't keep, but it happens all the time when you do deals on the side like this. Give him till next week....I'm sure you'll get your diffuser.

If you don't mind, may I please know who you were talking to over AIM?

What was the time frame of your order? Did you receive the product at the end of those three weeks, if so how was it? was it damaged?
