PPGFREAK! Wheres My Rear Diffuser????
I got it a half week after that, the parts were okay so far didn't seem to have any issues. It wasn't getting it late or anything that I was mad at, it was their customer service, and the way how he went off on me. Not to mention the feeling of getting the run-around.
I understand people get busy, but they had absolutely no communication and failed to even tell me it was back ordered, I had to call and find out, along with getting no response half the time.
I keep everything I do very well documented and I have the whole process saved on my laptop. It's a shame that it was so hard just to get a honest response. If he was busy he could have just said "hey, we're busy but here is the tracking number" Peter even didn't IM me the tracking number when I asked him to, nor did he or his boss respond to me PM/email. This was near the end right as I was about to cancel the order and everything.
In the end, the parts did arrive at their designated location, but I'd never do business with them again, lack of customer service is their forte, at least in my experience. And for me first impressions are everything, even if others haven't been treated this way. The time frame from when I ordered the part to when I got it was 1 month. I called 3 days after I ordered it inquiring because I didn't get an "automatic tracking number" included in my email confirmation, and that when Peter said "it was sent out, it may just be delayed.." I waited 2 days then I gave him an IM, then I was told that it was back ordered but would arrive in one week.., I called back TWO weeks after that and he said then "oh it just arrived and we just shipped it out to your door since the manufacturer still shipped it to us (they then at the first call I made to them said since it was backordered they'd ship it to my house instead).. then he said "we'll email you the tracking number" strange, yet the first time I contacted him he said I already had a tracking number? How could I, when it was on back order??
Finally after 3 days I just ask politely real quick on AIM if I could get a track number and sorry about the hassle, it's just it had been a bit nerve wracking to spend my hard earned money when I don't really know where my parts are and just added if not then I just didnt feel comfortable and may probably would then want him to cancel the order and possibly get a refund.., he then goes off on me and says "No YOU listen, I can easily just turn this truck around if thats easier for you, etc etc."
I was actually even apologized since I felt bad after he went off on me, but heck now I look at it, I shouldn't even have.
It's his loss of communication, not mine, not to mention his horrible sense of business ethics.
he even then went on to tell me "look I only make 15 bucks off your purchase"
and i think to myself, "rofl.. so you make 15 bucks per purchase to keep your company running... really?? "
Yeah, I major in marketing and business as well...
Work on improving your customer service IntensePower.
Horrible way to keep a 'business' running.
It's been posted up on other local forums, no sense in having my friends go through what I went through.

I'm sorry for your inconvenience and I understand where you're coming from with everything and what was communicated back to you was inappropriate and I will see what I can do to prevent this from happening again to other future and current customers.
Originally I thought it might have been the guy that got fired a few weeks ago that messed up your shipping since we've been having quite a bit of problems with that former employee and overall work at the shop, which ultimately ended his employment here.
And another reason why there may have been some delay in communication is because as you can see we are not a sponsor/vendor on G35driver.com anymore and the sales guys focus more on the my350z.com site and other forums since we have a lot more inquiries and such than on G35driver; but I will definitely bring this up on monday when I get into the office and i'll do what I can to improve the customer service for Intensepower.com and maybe become a sponsor vendor on this forum and be in charge of maintaining this one.
Again - I'm sorry for the lack of communication and inconvenience,

8/8/09..i dont get what the hell your talking about only being 1 day
its been over a week and now all the sudden when hes suppose to
get my diffuser shipped overnight and all the sudden his phone is off. odd?
i called him today and still it goes straight to voicemail

It's been one day since your diffuser hasn't arrived and your pvssy is bleeding. It's been one day that PPGFREAK hasn't answered his phone, and your pvssy is still bleeding. Give him a chance to get back to you first before making a thread like this, for all you know something could have happened. You think a grown man would shut his phone off because he couldn't deliver some kids diffuser in time, which he's doing for free..., for all you know his phone is broken, or he got into a car accident, or his phone was lost/stolen, give him a few days to respond before crying a river.
