yesterday i got the car back from the shop. now has a kenstyle front with foglights, kenstyle sides, and rear.

also got some used 06 headlights and popped them on.

under the hood there is an mrev2 and iso termal 5/16th and stillen cai.

today i just got a motordyne tdk gamma exhaust.....don't have the tips yet. man this thing is LOUD! even though it's the gamma it's intense. major drone but from what i've read it takes about 500 miles to break in.

and i just got pulled over. i knew my exhaust was loud and as soon as i saw a cop i was like...**** i'm getting pulled over. sure enough he comes up right behind me on a stop light. green comes and i have no choice but to step on the gas.......i take off slow but to no avail....thing roars.

so he pulls me over and says my exhaust is very loud and that i don't have plates. duh! i just bought it from a guy in texas so i have to get the texas rpo letter or whatever from texas before cali dmv will let me register it.

as for the exhaust....he seemed like some1 that doesn't know much about cars so i told him that it came like this and the tips aren't on so it sounds louder than it should.

tony's new tips aren't in yet. funny enough....tony calls me just as i told the cop this. lol

anyway...cop ate it up and let me go. he waited for me to take off again and shook his head at the sound. its deep though. sounds like 2 fast as cars racing.

Lol that sucks, but atleast you didn't get a ticket. I got the same exhaust a couple weeks ago and haven't been pulled over yet, but I also keep it under 2k rpm or step off the pedal if I see a cop around lol. Car's lookin good man.

 

hahah funny story, you got lucky though. ya i just keep really low on the pedal or not at all. if he doesnt like how fast im speeding up he can pass me :P

oh ya get some spacers on those wheels

 

what do you mean spacers. i was planning on selling these wheels and getting the vs-xx work wheels gunmetal

 

spacers are just little machined metal pieces basically, they make your wheel stick out further. but if you are changing to new wheels just forget it then lol
