it looks right.. make sure nothign is touching your a/c line..... and everything is nice and tight.... i wish my pop charger was still blue instead of black =(

I would say no, appears that the heatshield is upside down.

Nope...thats the right orintation for the heatshield.

i thought the installer put the rubber on the heatshield differently from other pics i've seen.

its right
from how it looks and depending on how you set the heatshield, the hood may bend the top rubber piece when it comes down

Heat shield won't help much to trap the heat. Pop Charger will most likely suck the hot air from the engine and you'll lose power. Stock box is far better because it sealed out of the hot air and that is why the "Engineers" designed that way.
