Should I be concerned about one-time Nav message?
Re: Should I be concerned about one-time Nav message?
I successfully got this message 4 times in one day last week- VDC, not brake fluid. I was driving from Napa to Mineral (nooooooorth Cali) and went through some seriously amazing twisties. I've been in the mountains near Lassen Nat'l Park for the past few weeks, and oh-my-lord are there some twisties there too... I probably didn't leave 3rd for a good 5 minutes during one particularly spritied jaunt. My car's dirty as hell, though, so it's a trade off. Wish I were still there...

Re: Should I be concerned about one-time Nav message?
I got the low brake fluid and VDC error on my navi, plus the lights on the dash. It was because I had low brake fluid. There are little lines on the resevoir for min and max, and I was slightly below the min line. Check your resevoir and fill it where it should be. The VDC uses the brakes, so one system ties to another. When I filled the reservoir, the errors never came back. Hopefully infiniti won't charge you for that simple fix! Good luck!
