I would be pissed as hell.
It was the first week i got the car. Parked it in front of the office. I see the landscraper with the weedwacker. He was walking past my car with it blaring. He was like 1 foot away from my car. I clenched my fists, ready to give him an a$$-beating if he dinged my car. Luckily, he didn't hit it.
I seriously would have killed him if he hit her.

the have insurance for this. I know someone who just had $4000 worth of work done on their Boxster S from this same thing.
if you dont smack them down, they will be back next week to do it again.
I had to move my car 3 times on Friday to keep them away from it. They come tell me when they start. We have a pattern worked out
They *know* it will get really expensive if they forget.

That's why I never park anywhere near the grass. Not so much to stay away from the landscapers, but to stay away from those pesky sprinklers. I also avoid parking next to light posts, because birds usually frequent those things. I'm real strategic when I park at work... Everyone parks in basically the same spots. I notice the ones by the grass have water spots, and the ones by the light posts have bird poop on them.
A while ago, coming back from lunch, my friend was harassing me about making him walk so far. I told him that with my other car, I didn't get a single door ding, till I started working at this place. When I first started, I caught the director of our lab dinging my car. I was still in it when it happened.
But anyways, the next day my friend started parking out in the boondogles with me, because the same day he was harassing me, someone backed into his car, (causing $1100.00 of damage), and took off.
